Alexandrius was a human man living in Port Valor. His plight was what initially brought the Champions Valoris together as an adventuring party.

Biography

Background

Alexandrius heard from his brother, Balgrus, that he had found something interesting at his mine. Alexandrius visited the mine, which was about a day's travel away from Port Valor, where he and Balgrus were attacked by goblins. Balgrus was trapped in the mine, while Alexandrius managed to escape, although he lost his horse in the process.

The Adventure Begins

Alexandrius made his way to the Silverbass Inn, where he encountered some adventurers who would become the Champions Valoris. He beseeched them for assistance in rescuing his brother and, especially after hearing the amount of gold he was offering in exchange, they readily agreed. Although Slumberjack wanted to bring Alexandrius with them to ensure his future payment, and Kilwin wanted to simply let him attend to his business in the meantime, Erak asked the innkeeper to put up Alexandrius for a time, allowing him to rest while also effectively keeping him hostage. After the Champions Valoris successfully completed their quest, Alexandrius joyfully reunited with his brother and paid the adventurers handsomely before the two went on their way.

The Fall of Port Valor

Alexandrius perished in Thorak's attack on Port Valor, and his soul captured in the purple orb that was bound to Slumberjack's hand, where he was trapped in torment. It is unknown if his body was recovered.

Knightfall

When Kilwin was unbinding the orb from Slumberjack's hand, Alexandrius was one of the souls who called out to him for aid.

Goals

When the Champions Valoris met him, Alexandrius wanted to ensure his brother's safety, regardless of the cost. He was also presumably invested in the success of his brother's mine.

Alexandrius could ride a horse, but otherwise, little is known about his skills.

Alexandrius and Balgrus are brothers. They're very close to each other, and Alexandrius was willing to pay whatever he had to in order to see Balgrus rescued.
